  1. Comfortable apartment in the heart of the city.

    Positive: Nicely renovated apartment with plenty of space in a great location in the heart of the city. Kitchen has oven and stove. Bathroom has a nice shower with plenty of hot water. There is a washing machine too to catch up on your travel laundry. The main bedroom has a nice big roof-window to watch the stars at night or look at the nearby mountains on clear days, it comes with shades to make it really dark if you prefer that. Both bedrooms have individual air conditioners/heaters. Restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, ice cream shops, city park, everything is within a 5 minute walk. On arrival you need to follow a mini-quest to collect the keys and find the apartment but the video instructions provided by the host made that a fairly smooth process. Negative: Things we didn't like: - The TV didn't seem to have any actual TV channels. - The bedpillows were way to firm and a literal pain in the neck Things we didn't mind but to be aware of: - To get to the apartment you need to climb 3 flights of a spiral staircase and then two additional old staircases. If climbing stairs is not your thing then this place is not for you. - There is no microwave, we realized this after we had bought a microwave meal in the nearby supermarket. The oven worked fine but it takes a bit longer. Funny enough, the supermarket actually had a microwave available for use.

    Ce logement est super bien situĂ© et le logement en lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs bien. Il est situĂ© au 5eme Ă©tage sans ascenseur avec une cage d'escalier trĂšs escarpĂ©e. La literie est un peu 'dure'. Il ne fait aucun doute que c'est un super endroit pour une clientĂšle assez jeune.

    Nous avons adoré cet endroit, et reviendrons certainement ! Le logement est calme, lumineux... Attention, il est situé dans un quartier piéton. Nous avions la possibilité de garer la voiture chez mes parents ailleurs dans Grenoble pour la semaine et de tout faire à pieds ensuite. Il faut aussi monter 97 marches si je ne me trompe pas, pour l'atteindre, c'est excellent pour le cardio, mais je déconseille à une personne blessée ou plus trop en forme.

    This newly renovated property was absolutely perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed (well, except for a wine opener) to enjoy a relaxing week in comfort. The air conditioning was a true blessing for our very hot week in Grenoble! Keep in mind it is a 5th floor walk up, but, for us, it made sure we got our exercise for the day - lol. I truly cannot say how fabulous the surrounding neighborhood is. We felt like locals from the minute we moved in. This place is really a prize!

    Mooi verblijf met alle nodige comfort. Zeer centraal gelegen en dus perfect als uitgangspunt om de stad te ontdekken of de bergen in te trekken! Ook heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. De ruimte op zich was schoon, maar het was er enorm stoffig. We hebben zelf nog alle oppervlakken afgestoft voor we ons konden installeren. De host reageert wel zeer snel en beleefd op berichten of vragen, maar een handleiding voor het opzetten van de verwarming (airco-systeem) ontbrak bij onze aankomst, waardoor we het appartement tijdens onze eerste avond niet warm kregen.

    L'alloggio Ăš molto comodo per visitare Grenoble a piedi e ristrutturato internamente. Il bagno Ăš un po' piccolo e poco pratico, ma la doccia Ăš spaziosa. Il palazzo Ăš vecchio e mal tenuto e le scale sono molto strette.

    This host service is unprofessional. When a defective washing machine in the unit failed, the host was unable to provide timely or helpful assistance, giving me the same instructions over and over. Due to this incompetence we had to depart without half our trip’s clothing as it was stuck in the machine. They indicated they would come in 2 days to empty the machine and would forward the clothing at our next location. Despite clearly indicating that I needed to receive the package within 5 business days, they did not send it in time. Due to this incompetence, I needed to replace clothing. At no time did they suggest solutions or compensation for their lack of service. They were slow in responding and seemed unbothered by the trouble this caused during our holiday. I would not recommend renting from them or any of their locations as their service is rude and unreliable. While the location and price of the unit were good, in the end I would rather deal with respectful hosts.
