    Positive: 1. Central location 2. Clean and recently renovated, the luncheon is well equipped. 3. Chez Negative: 1. After booking you will have to go through strange registration with Swikly.com to secure deposit of 200 EUR whithout that you won’t receive keys to the apartment what I find extremely strange and dangerous for card keepers and it should be written in the announcement in capital letters. If I had known about it, I would have never chosen this property. 2. Let’s be honest: there is no ANY view at all, you will observe the inner yard and your neighbors on misfortune from the next door 3. Booking shows one location that doesn’t coincide with real one

  23. Grenoble ist eine Reise wert.

    Positive: Die zentrale Lage ist sehr angenehm, die Bettwn sind bequem. Wichtige Info: kostenlose P&R Parkplätze gibt es in 3 min mit dem Auto bzw 10 min zu Fuß am Parking Esplanade. Ansonsten ist das Parken in Grenoble nicht ganz einfach, dafür ist der Öffentliche Nahverkehr sehr gut und man kann Fahrräder ausleihen. Negative: Das Sofa ist unbequem und die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Zum Beispiel gibt es keine Wasserkaraffe und keinen Pfannenwender. Das Besteck ist sehr einfach. Alles nicht dramatisch. Aber so etwas ist eben das Tüpfelchen auf dem Ü

    Oriana a été très arrangeante pour faire un Check in a 13h pour permettre à notre fille de faire la sieste en arrivant. Bien placé dans Grenoble et bien équipé par contre le radiateur pendait du mur et il n’y avait pas de lumière dans le salon. Vu le prix c’est un peu exagéré. Par ailleurs le ménage était à plus de 75€ mais il faut faire son lit soit même en arrivant…

    Location is great. Bed is small 180x140. no proper space to WFH. Kitchen and bathroom great. Couch is bad, cant sit on it. apt has no view. Overall, the apt is nice, mostly due to the location. Team was very helpful.

  53. Really ideally located apartment with the all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

    Positive: The location in Grenoble was perfect next to the Jardin de Ville and all the good restaurants and terraces. Also it was a very quiet apartment which was very much appreciated. Negative: The only thing that was not ideal was the very poor phone 3 or 4G connection

Negative: Le fait que l'on soit obligé de traverser la chambre pour se rendre à la salle de bain et aux toilettes ...(un peu gênant pour un séjour pour affaires avec des collaborateurs....), ceci devrait être noté sur l'annonce. Avec la canicule actuelle, s'il y avait la climatisation ce serait le top
