    Logement type « haut standing » gĂ©rĂ© par une agence Ă  coup de messages automatiques. Ils ont plusieurs appartements sur Grenoble ce qui crĂ©e des confusions. ils nous ont dit le jour de notre arrivĂ©e que le logement Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  loué .! L’appartement est bien fait, bien placĂ© et fonctionnel mais les services facturĂ©s et le prix ne sont pas justifiĂ©s. A l’arrivĂ©e le mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© fait trĂšs rapidement (95€ de frais mĂ©nage!!) nous devons faire la vaisselle qui colle, nettoyer les surfaces collantes, vider le lave vaisselle, et passer l’aspirateur
. L’agence ne rĂ©pond pas et ne se dĂ©place pas pour constater le problĂšme. Nous signalons par ailleurs un problĂšme de bip et d’accĂšs au parking. Il faut insister pour avoir une intervention qui finalement ne rĂšgle pas le problĂšme. La voiture est donc restĂ©e coincĂ©e et nous avons craint de ne pouvoir repartir, sans que l’hĂŽte ne daigne nous rĂ©pondre ou nous venir en aide. Rarement rencontrĂ© tant de mauvaise foi et de mauvaise gestion

  9. Worst booking.com stay ever

    Positive: The room is large. location is good Negative: The web page says this property has" a 24-hour front desk." but there is no one to take up the phone at 10 pm to help There is no air conditioner and no window ( just the door to the balcony) in the bedroom. The temperature is at 30 degree+ and it is not possible to sleep. I asked the host for help but no one answered the phone. I can't sleep with the door open to an open balcony because it is not safe. I only stayed one night with a two-day booking. The host refused to refund the 2nd day and with a very bad attitude.

    We just did a long stay at this wonderful place, great for a family, clean, confortable, near to bus stops and the train station. The hosts are great, super helpful and welcoming, also they helped to adjust some things quickly in the apartment, so we could be comfortable
 amazing stay 10/10!!!
