The location is excellent. Direct access to public transport. The accommodation is spacious compared to the usual flat sizes there. The host was responsive. However, our main concern was the cleanliness. We found dishes and cookware poorly cleaned and dust in the corners. There was even a spider web in one of the bedrooms. The host did offer to send someone to re-clean when we complained, but it was late when we arrived, and we said no.

Die Wohnung ist schön, gut ausgestattet und liegt in Fußnähe zu allen zentralen Orten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Für das Parken unseres Autos gab es Hilfe: Wir haben es für 4 Tage in 10 Minuten Entfernung in einem kostenlosen Parkbereich abgestellt. Die Betten waren auch bequem.

Appartement bien situé et bien agencé, lumineux et plutôt spacieux, avec une décoration actuelle. On apprécie. Les parties communes de l’immeuble ont en revanche bien besoin d’être rénovées, ce qui peut surprendre à l’arrivée. Une chambre sur rue un peu plus bruyante (premier étage) mais on s’habitue. Les matelas pourraient être de meilleure qualité pour améliorer la sensation de confort.

Ce court séjour a été agréable. L’appartement est très bien agencé, spacieux et agréable à vivre La literie est super, la canapé est large. La cuisine est fonctionnelle parfait pour cuisiner. L’emplacement de l’appartement en plein centre ville proche de la gare et des autres transports (bus/tram). Petits bémols : Trouver la boîte à clé a été compliqué. Cela mériterait une description plus détaillée selon moi au niveau de l’adresse. La salle de bain était salle. Trace de chaussure dans le bac à douche, cheveux, les murs de l’évier, une catastrophe (éclaboussure de dentifrice, traces de saletés qui n’ont pas été nettoyer depuis looontemps) Ces deux Points sont importants mais n’enlèvent en rien les bons moments qu’on a passés.

Excellent appartement in the center of Grenoble
It was the worst experience ever. After the payment to receive the key I received a message to pay 500€ for warranty. Than is was impossible without an extra pay of 8€. Finally I received the key of appartement at 500 m into another building by phone instructions. The receptionist was deranged and you must change the way to receive the key of this appartement

Positive: Apartament recent renovat curat situat in centru Negative: După ce am făcut rezervarea, mi s-a solicitat un depozit garanție 500€ apoi o asigurare de 8 €. Nu se putea parca la adresa. Odată ajuns acolo, recepționera m-a dirijat cum sa iau cheile de la peste 50 m distanța. Sa intru cu cod intr-un bloc apoi sa deschid o cutie cu lacăte sa deschid cifrul cutiei indicate si in fine sa iau cheia, pe care sa o pun in același loc la plecare. NICĂIERI NU AM MAI VĂZUT ASA CEVA, cred ca nu luase suficiente pastile

Malgré un appartement confortable et très bien situé, plusieurs désagréments/dysfonctionnements ont entaché notre séjour. Plusieurs équipements sont défectueux : la serrure de la porte d’entrée ; la machine à café ; la poignée de porte d’une chambre ; la lunette des toilettes ; la capacité du ballon d’eau chaude. Le logement n’était pas propre : toiles d’araignées dans les deux chambres et les toilettes ; détritus sur une chaise du salon ; poussière près et autour des lits ; chiffons usagés dans la salle de bain ; cheveux dans la literie ; très fortes remontées d’odeurs des canalisations dans la salle de bain. Les parties communes du logement (hall d’entrée, cage d’escalier et local poubelles) sont très mal entretenues. Ces problèmes ont été signalés dès le lendemain de notre arrivée, mais aucune excuse ni solution n’ont été proposées malgré la prompte réponse du service de conciergerie.

Logement très bien situé, sur une rue passante mais très bien isolé au niveau du bruit. Proche gare et arrêt de tram juste devant. Une arrivée plus tôt nous a été permise. Bonne communication avec l’hôte. Nous avons eu cependant des problèmes avec la propreté des lieux notamment dans la salle de bain ou l’odeur d’évacuation et d’égout est très présente. L’état des murs à côté du lavabo nous montre les anciens vestiges des précédents locataires et de leurs brossages de dents. Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude lors de notre première soirée mais la mise en marche du chauffe-eau nous a permis d’en avoir le lendemain matin. Les draps donnés étaient sales, mais nous avons pu avoir un échange dans l’apres-midi. Il y a eu néanmoins une bonne réactivité de la part du service de conciergerie qui s’occupe du logement mais les frais de 88€ de ménage nous semblent exagérés.

The flat was clean and was just as on the photos. Searching for the keys might be a bit difficult if you are not from the city but they are helpful in case you can't find. The enterance of the building is quite pretty ugly and not taken care of which was a bit disencouraging, however I know that the flat owners can't do anything about that. The location is nice if you want to stay close to the gare, however the street is not the best street of Grenoble to my taste. Thank you !

Positive: Very cute apartment in a nice area. Plenty of space, nice design If you have to stay in Grenoble might as well stay here. Negative: Lack of typical coffee maker, check in/out at a remote location, most obnoxious wifi password in existence (40 characters). Also the city Grenoble itself is unpleasant.

Positive: Apartament molt centric, molt nou i net. Còmode per a 4 persones Molt ben equipat (secador, torradora, planxa, plats,gots, coberts ...) Negative: No és còmode haver d'anar a recollir les claus en una adreça diferent, però encara és més incòmode haver de retornar les claus en una altra ubicació al final de l'estada. Seria molt més senzill poder deixar les claus dins de l'apartament. Només ens van donar 1 rotlle de paper de WC. Tenint en compte que l'apartament era per 4 i hi vam estar 3 nits va ser totalment insuficient.

Negative: Collect the property keys on arrival was a knightmare ! its 2 blocks away, where you have to drag your suitcase along with you to get it. we couldnt find the building at the begining- and no one answered the phone! we were lost for 15 min. once we finally found it, it was really scary to get in,and search the wooden box. honestly, if i would have knowen it to begin with- i would never rent this appartment, no matter how nice it was.

We had a lovely stay thank you. Great location. Clean and bright flat. Good sound insulation from the trams and blinds blocks out light well. Well equipped. Very dark entrance up a flight of steps (no light here when it’s dark so you will need a torch ). Entrance hall smells so you need to ensure the door shuts after you so people do not come in off the street and use the hall as a toilet. Collecting the key is a bit of a palaver but it was easy enough to do. Instructions very good and host was responsive to any issues

The apartment is centrally located but without any problems to find a place to park the car. Everything you may need is at walking distance: restaurant, supermarket, city centre. If it is really warm and you need to sleep with the windows open it may be noisy due to the street traffic. The communication with the host was very good and every time we had some comments she reacted quickly.

Positives: This is a nice comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. The bedrooms are big and bright and the beds are very comfortable, even the sofa bed. There was enough space for our family of five and plenty of shops and places to eat right outside the apartment. Yes, of course there is a bit of street noise when the windows are open but it's not intrusive and not that bad. When the windows were closed we couldn't hear anything. The hosting service was very responsive. Negatives: There were three negatives in our experience. The first two were that the keys need to collected from and returned to a different location and that parking is a bit of a walk from the apartment. This might not be a problem for some but given our long drive to get there and our car full of tired kids and lots of luggage, this was a lot of stuffing around that we didn't need. It was quite hard to find the keybox because of all of the stuff in the hallway of the pickup location. It was annoying that we didn't know about picking up the keys when we booked the apartment. The other negative was that the apartment was really hot at night and with only one fan for three sleeping areas this made it very difficult to sleep.

Furniture conditions and effect to safety Apparment was clearly just renovated, even some smell of the paints was noticable. Appartment is furnitured smartly, however some furniture are unstable, - Due light construction (desk lamp, bedside table) - Due improper installation of the legs (kitchen chairs) -> these may cause, not only break of the chair, but also hazard situation, and in the worst case, especially with chairs, injuries leading possibly to need of the medical care. Customer possibility maintain good house-keeping - No instruction for waste sorting or separate recycling bins in apartment - It took time to find out where to bring away waste from the apartment - There was no washing-up liquid and brush to make washing -up by hand - On couple of the evening unpleasant smell was noticed in staircase and kitchen - Limited toilet paper storage was reserved by ’host’ (we bought more on the following day of our arrival) Deposit requirement - Host required to pay deposit of 750 eur. If considered the condition of the furnitures, this requirement is problematic and can be seen even unfair from the customer point of wiev (see ’Furniture conditions and effect to safety’). We would like to hear what is Air bnb support attitude / rules for deposit requirement by host? Personell - No availability after 20.00- morning (Cause problems for customer if accidentally locked-out) - Only personal contact to the ’host staff’ in the office (when pick-uped the spare keys) - Several people in charge of hosting, which confuse customer - Regarding key returns, oral and written messages from the ’host’, indicated lack of the communication between people in charge Refund requirement due accidental lock-out Our refund requirement is price of the one night (referring to the Airbnb support message 19.5.2022). We looked for hotel accommodation, as it was recommended by Airbnb support. For some reason all hotels were full in Grenoble.
