    Positive: L'emplacement idéal, au milieu du quartier le plus attractif, vieux Grenoble aussi multiples boutiques et restaurants. Rue calme. La déco très soignée. Negative: La cage d'escalier vieillotte,pas à la hauteur du standing de l'appart. La salle de bains ne ferme pas et le pommeau de douche ne tient pas en place.

    Pas du tout satisfait de cet appartement ! Vue imprenable sur un mur ! Apparemment sale, manque d’équipement, siège haut endommagé, plus d’eau dans la douche le dernier jour. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette adresse !

    The flat's location is central and close to tram stops. However, there were several problems with the check in. One was that there is a central office managing the flat, rather than an individual. Consequently, the managing people (whom I never saw) are unaware of some important things. For example, they didn't give us the correct access code to the building, then they notified us that the code changed, but it turned out it wasn't changed yet. They also claimed there would be a name on the door of the flat, and there was not. All these made the check in far longer and more stressful than it should have been. This is especially because, just arriving from abroad, we had no phone and there was no wifi to connect to. Since the check-in was done with no person around, in the absence of a way to communicate with the central office, there was no way to resolve these problems quickly. Additionally, I would not recommend this place for elderly people. Firstly, there are 57 stairs without an elevator, a fact never mentioned anywhere before booking and checking in. Secondly, there are stairs inside the flat to a gallery where the bed is located. These latter stairs are very narrow, slippery, and without a banister. To go in the middle of the night to the toilet and bathroom down those stairs is an extreme hazard and would not pass any safety regulations. On the plus side, when we complained about the problems with the shower, it was fixed promptly the next day. On the whole, the entire experience could have been made better with a bit more information about the problems with the flat before booking and a person at hand during check-in.

    Positive: la ubicación Negative: El tipo de aire acondicionado, no era el adecuado. Pasamos mucho calor. La escalera de acceso al apartamento, los techos estaban llenos de telarañas y la barandilla sucia La parte alta del apartamento, el balconcillo esta con polvo de mucho tiempo y las ventanas sucias. El aspirador estaba roto. Opino que puesto que somos los clientes quienes pagamos la limpieza, nos merecemos que todo esté limpio.

    Great space, great location. Pictures are accurate at depicting the space. The trash bins can be stinky on the second floor but once inside the apartment it was not an issue. The air conditioner is a great addition during the hot summer. A caution for tall travelers, the last stairway ceiling is less than 6ft and requires you to duck your head for two steps.

    Super appartement, très propre, bien équipé et décoré, idéalement situé pour accéder au centre de Grenoble à pied. Proche d'à peu prés tout ce que vous pourriez avoir envie. L'arrivée/départ dans les lieux avec la boite à clef est un plus et permet plus de flexibilité. Sur les 4 voyageurs que nous étions, les 4 le recommandes.

    Nice place! The appartment is nicely recorates and well located in the very center of Grenoble. But the place is a bit small for 4 persons. It would be OK for 2 or 3 max. The “less” point is around the neighborhood which is very noisy, until late in the evening!

    Logement confortable (pour 2), propre et bien placé. Immeuble moyennement entretenu et un peu bruyant. Notre séjour pour 2 nuits a été parfaitement conforme à ce que nous en attendions, sans surprise (ni bonne ni mauvaise)
