    Phenomenal location with easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarket, cafe, laundrette, etc. and with wonderful views over the rooftops of the Quartier Hyper-Centre. Very well-equipped with full-size fridge, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, etc. Just know that it's a 4-storey climb to the apartment (no lift) so be prepared. A/C didn't work when we were there (it's a single free-standing unit) but we left the skylight windows ajar during the day and that kept the apartment cool even in the August heat. The check-in process wasn't easy - keys need to be procured from a separate building a few blocks away, a process which proved difficult to navigate with luggage in tow when our train arrived after dark. Overall, if you don't mind the climb, and want a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to bars, cafes, etc. this is a great place.

    Nous avons passĂ© une nuit dans cet appartement. Pour rĂ©sumer : pas de chauffage Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et pas de possibilitĂ© d'en mettre. Les radiateurs sont "dĂ©sactivĂ©s". Il faisait 4 degrĂ©s ce matin dehors. Les lits ne sont pas faits. Devant mon Ă©tonnement, on m'a rĂ©pondu le lendemain matin que c'Ă©tait mentionnĂ© dans l'annonce, comme mesures Covid. Nous sommes en Avril 2023, je ne pensais pas que ces rĂšgles se pratiquaient encore. Les clĂ©s sont Ă  collecter Ă  5 mn Ă  pied de l'immeuble. Et Ă  remettre au mĂȘme endroit. La conciergerie ne rĂ©pond pas le soir (appel et message Ă  20h45) contrairement Ă  son engagement 24h/24.

    C’est un coquet logement si vous aimez la discrĂ©tion et le charme cocooning ce lieu est pour vous.Super quartier niveau commerces (Le kit de bienvenu est un + apprĂ©ciĂ©)Les points positifs sont : emplacement,luminositĂ© et calme (l’immeuble est calme)placards muraux avec 2 commodes . les points nĂ©gatifs sont : Attention aux personnes de grandes tailles les poutres apparentes sont trĂšs basses Ă  certains endroits fortes remontĂ©es d’odeurs (du aux siphons qui se vident ) pour limiter ses odeurs fermer la porte de la douche Il y Ă  107 marches pour arriver au logement 4 Ă©tages + quelques marches il est dĂ©diĂ© aux plus sportifs d’entre nous il n’y a qu’une seule clĂ© et Ă©galement un seul vigik si vous ĂȘtes en famille il vaut mieux rester groupĂ© pour vous Ă©viter les allers retours. Le logement est prĂ©vu pour 6 voyageurs max il y’a 4 tabourets hauts avec une table nous avons dĂ» manger sur la table du salon les enfants ensemble et nous Ă  part.Oriane est arrangeante(arrivĂ©e anticipĂ©e).

    Great little appartement but prepared for the climb up to the top ... amazing location, but maybe not suitable for tall peoples with the roof and large wooden beams, beautifully appointed with all the necessary to make your stay in a homely, warm and cozy setting. Probably more suited for 4 with the 2 bedrooms, the sofa bed in the living area was confortable but with multiples windows with no blinds, prepare for an early rise up.

    Positive: Grenoble is a very pleasant city that can be reached easily via public transportation (it is served by TGV lines to Paris and Lyon) and by car. We stayed at this competively priced apartment for ten nights with a big family consisting of four children and two parents. The place is definitely large enough to accommodate such a group. It is located in the heart of the city, steps away from Place Victor Hugo, the commercial center, Bastille, and public transportation. The many skylights in the apartment's ceilings offer plenty of light in all rooms and excellent views on the Alps and Bastille. Tall people should mind their head at all times, for roofbeams might get into the way at some times. The apartment is excellently equipped, with digital TV, a kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, two toilets, and a washing-machine. Linen and towels are provided by the owner, who was very responsive to our inquiries. Negative: Parking a larger car in Grenoble can be a pain and a costly affair; we parked ours at Place Vaucanson, which costs about 24 € a day. The apartment's location on the upper floor and the lack of an elevator might not make this place suitable for those who hate climbing staircases. Another element, which keeps on popping up in reviews, is the bad odour produced by the shower drain. A plumber's intervention (immersion tube) should fix this, and we don't see why this isn't properly done. Finally, we noticed cigarette smoking entering the living-room through the floor, coming from a lower neighbor. Some insulation and a splash of silicone left and right might solve this.

    Nous avons apprécié cet appartement lumineux, confortable, bien équipé, propre et trÚs bien situé. Nous mettons juste un petit bémol pour la climatisation annoncée, qui est en réalité peu efficace:effet trÚs localisé... Nous avons eu trÚs chaud! Nous ne recommanderions donc pas l'appartement en période de canicule. Autre petit soucis: nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le lave vaisselle dont la porte a menacé de nous rester dans les mains à la premiÚre ouverture...
