Strange conditions of rent the apartment
"To facilitate the work of our cleaning teams, please dispose of your rubbish regularly and when you leave. The rubbish bin is located in the entrance hall of the building (remember to sort it!)"... Sorry, but first time see this kind of request, renting the apartments!

Amazing location!
Amazing location - very central A lot of options regarding grocery stores and supermarkets within close proximity, as well as restaurants and pharmacies Nice bathroom, decent toilet with very good ventilation Nice main bedroom, with comfortable bed No dishwasher It as advertised with beds for 4 people, and even though you could fit 2 people in the sofa-bed in the living room, it is not ideal. The inner part of the sofa-bed (which usually acts as the back of the sofa) is very hard to lay on, which makes for a somewhat uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, it is not very big, so two large males will not have a lot space each. Lastly, you have to convert between sofa and bed every morning and night. But again, it is advertised as a sofa-bed, so you do know what you get. Apart from this, everything is very good!

Nuit parfaite
L’appartement est très bien situé et les clefs sont faciles d’accès (très bonne explication par message du propriétaire). Je recommande pleinement cette appartement.

Dommage !!!!
Sur le papier l'appartement à l'air top, déco/emplacement mais malheureusement rien que le fait de récupérer les clefs à une autre adresse est galère surtout quand vous êtes chargé et que vous avez loué pour plusieurs nuits. Et malheureusement quand vous ouvrez la porte du logement , l'odeur du tabac froid vous prends au nez et ne vous quittera plus pendant votre séjour. La personne en charge de l’appartement, M....n' a pas été très clémente lorsque le lendemain de mon installation je lui ai expliqué ,l'odeur insoutenable du tabac froid. Elle a quand même daigné apporter une bougie et un diffuseur de parfum mais les tentures de la pièce principale sont imprégnées de l'odeur. La vaisselle est très spartiate (que des assiettes creuses, au nombre de 3) et je fut étonnée de trouver sous le lit une bouteille d'eau qui ne m'appartenait pas quand j'ai fait le tour de l'appartement lors de mon départ (ménage !!!??).

Quiet, pleasant.
We very much enjoyed our stay of almost two weeks. Grenoble is a wonderful, scenic international city. The apartment was perfect for my wife and me. Clean, modern, and just the right size. The apartment is very near several excellent restaurants, a short walk to the city's trams, and a nice walk to the historic center of town. Highly recommended.

Optimum solution
Location is perfect just close to the tram stop, near the down town and with everything useful around from pharmacy and supermarket. It was the hottest week of the year and the night was ok even without air conditioning. Very well organize to get the keys and so on.
