    Le logement est bien placé, proche du centre et dans la zone des restaurants et des bars. L'appartement correspond aux photos et était propre. L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas très pratique, au 4ieme étage sans ascenseur via un escalier sombre et étroit. A éviter si vous êtes chargés. Il faut faire son lit à l'arrivée, mettre des sacs dans les poubelles et les sortir en repartant, un peu décevant compte tenu des 70€ de frais de ménage.

    Logement très propre, soigné et décoré avec goût. La Clim est un plus pour les jours chauds, surtout au 4e étage. L accès en voiture est impossible car le logement est en pleine zone piétonne. Et le stationnement à proximité est très cher. Bien regarder la vidéo pour trouver la clé et aller jusqu’à la bonne porte du logement. Le canapé est bon mais le couchage du lit est un matelas à ressorts de très bas de gamme,. Seule faute de goût lorsque l on recherche une bonne literie.

    Great apartment in the heart of Grenoble (the neighborhood is called the Hyper-Centre)! Good air conditioning (not really a concern outside of August in Grenoble, however), beautiful space, well decorated, clean, modern inside, and in a great neighborhood! Additionally, the host (Majordome Prive) is a top-notch group of people who are responsive, kind, and helpful. I easily and thoroughly recommend going with any space hosted by them! The only thing of note: there is no elevator (lift) and there are a LOT of stairs. It's on the 4th floor (which is the 5th floor for Americans as European floor counts start at 0 for the ground), so know you will get your steps in, but this is also just reality for about half of the buildings in almost every major European city.

    apartment is in great location right in the centre of the old town so the surrounding buildings are beautiful. having air conditioning was a big plus for us as Grenoble was very hot when we visited. modern well supplied kitchen, smart tv and nice shower were benefits. having a balcony with a view of the mountains was also a plus. the only thing was that on arrival the apartment was a bit dirty there were crumbs on surfaces and the sheets provided to make the bed had stains on them. the host has been made aware of this issue and if sorted I would definitely recommend staying here.

    A small flat perfect for two persons travelers. The location is amazing, all shops and restaurants are in walkable distance, same thing can be said for tramway, buses, and cable cars. Check in was very easy. It was incredibly clean and everywhere was tidy. We found everything we needed inside a small box. The weather in Grenoble was very hot, so having AC in both rooms was so helpful. The bathroom door doesn’t close well (it’s not broken, that’s just how it’s mounted), so if you invite someone they can hear and see inside it. The building doesn’t have elevator, and there are a lot of stairs, going up and down could be pretty tiring, especially with luggages.

    Appartement fidèle à la description, propre et bien achalandé (petit kit pour passer quelques jours avec échantillon produit vaisselle et douche, sac poubelle, rouleau de papier toilette). Situé en zone piétonne, au calme. En revanche une forte odeur de tabac tenace dans l'appartement est venue gacher l'ambiance ainsi que des mégots dans la montée d'escalier et des parties communes peu engageantes...

    Very good apartment, in the center of the old city with all the shops and mountains on the doorstep. Aircon helped alot with the heat. Highly recommend!

  17. Très décevant.

    Positive: L'emplacement très central et l'ameublement qui est de qualité. Negative: Les 81 marches d'escalier et leur vétusté. Son assenssion avec une valise est extrêmement difficile et délicate à moins d'être un sportif de haut niveau. La salle de bain qui est extrêmement petite avec une porte qui n'est pas étanche et qui donne sur le séjour. Pour accéder au WC, il ne faut pas mesurer plus d'1m80. Pas de lessive pour la machine à laver ni de capsule pour la machine à café. C'est la 1e fois que cela m'arrive. Enfin pas de baignoire dans la salle de bain alors qu'elle est marquée dans le descriptif. (De toute façon il n'y a pas la place).

    Positive: LE Rayonnement Grenoblois #ES ist ein schönes Apartement in sehr Zentraler Lage in Grenoble. die Einrichting ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist sauber. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels und die Onlinekommunikatipn mit dem Vermieter haben gut funktioniert. Negative: Man hört die Leute in der Wohnung darüber teilweise sehr deutlich laufen. Das Geschirr musste vor dem Gebrauch teilweise noch gespült werden, da noch ein paar Essensreste zu sehen waren. Der Aufstieg in den 3. Stock kann sehr anstrengend sein.
