(on the same landing as the apartment, opposite the front door)--> This studio of 12m2 is composed of a living room with a new BZ in 160cm:- a fully equipped kitchen (sink, oven, hotplates, fridge)- a separate toilet / washbasin.
- For the babies, possibility of an umbrella bed + mattress, small bathtub, chair lift, changing mattress.
🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by Airbnb and Booking.com on their website.

📍 The apartment is located in the building : Les Neiges d'Or, Route du Coulet. For the summer : departure of walks and hikes from the apartment (walking, mountain bike, ...).
To take advantage of the resort: everything is done on foot: proximity of food shops, stores, ski rental companies, ice rink, swimming pool, sports center, library, discotheque.
🚗 You will be able to park your car in a garage box located in the basement of the building.
🚌 What you can discover:- To take advantage of skiing, you will be close to the 1st chairlift or the telecentre or the shuttles. And 60m from the ski return.
- To take advantage of the resort: everything is within walking distance: proximity of food shops, shops, ski hire, ice rink, swimming pool, sports centre, library, disco.
