Belle vue, bien placé, fonctionnel.

Un studio avec une petite chambre ouverte, très bien agencé avec beaucoup de rangements. Organisation parfaite, parking privé, places gratuites dans la rue, tram et piste cyclable pas loin. Les quelques bémols vont sur le matériel pour cuisiner, à renouveler en partie, et les peintures murales et du plafond... Un petit rafraîchissement serait bienvenu, mais ça ne gêne pas la fonctionnalité de l'appartement. Enfin, peut-être un peu bruyant en fonction de l'activité des voisins, car quartier calme.

L'appartement est dans une déco épurée qui peut convenir à tous le monde. Bien équipé et proche du centre de Grenoble avec le bus 12. Plusieurs commerces à proximité et un marché presque tous les jours.
