📍 Located on the main road from Grenoble to Corenc.

🚌 A bus network passes right in front of the building to reach Grenoble city centre or the Grésivaudan valley.

🚗 Parking is available around the building (paying during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

🚶 You can quickly reach the Tronche hospital on foot and pick up the tram to go to Grenoble, whose historic centre is a 15-minute walk along the quays, which can be a nice stroll.
The Chemin de la Bastille also starts just above the flat, and a short hike will allow you to climb up to the Fort on foot (the less adventurous can take the bubbles from Grenoble).
There is a small supermarket next to the building to do the small shopping necessary for a stay of a few nights and you will find some local shops in the street as well as a pizzeria or the very popular restaurant "Le Duo".

Perfect !

Nice and clean studio, perfectly equipped and great location when you need to be close to the hospital. I would add some instructions for how to use the TV 😁 but really, that's just a detail. Thank you again!

Appartement au calme, bien situé, idéal pour une personne

L'appartement est chaleureux avec une belle vue sur les montagnes, refait avec goût et atypique. Point à savoir : il est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, les places de parking aux alentours sont toutes payantes. Mais il est très bien situé pour flaner sur les quais de Grenoble à pied, ou pour des départs de rando en montagne.

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist für Größe perfekt durchdacht eingerichtet. Es hat eine schöne Lage und die Innenstadt von Grenoble ist fussläufig in ca. 20 entlang des Flusses erreichbar. Unmittelbar neben dem Appartement befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten, welche momentan bis zum 1.9 kostenfrei sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank, dass wir das Appartement nutzen durften.

descriptif conforme : accueil par code et clefs dans boîte codée, peintures récentes et agréables, matériel de cuisine correct, salle d'eau propre, silence du voisinage, mais exeguité et surtout poutres (inhérentes à la structure en sous-pente) qui devraient limiter les locataires à 1.70 m de hauteur.
