🛌 The flat has a sleeping space: a convertible sofa bed in the living room. (Shutters on all the windows for protection from the sun or darkness at night. No facing neighbours).

⭐ Travel in complete comfort thanks to the facilities in the flat, such as a television, Wi-fi conexion, kitchen equipment (microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine - capsules not provided - , hotplate, fridge, bar and high stool, full set of crockery, etc...), washing machine, fan, bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. 📍 Located in a quiet area, close to all amenities. In the surrounding area you will find brasseries, bars, restaurants and mini-markets.
Presqu'île is a new district in Grenoble which is home to all the biggest companies in the Grenoble area: Minatec, Cea, ST, Schneider etc... But also the Palais de Justice, the business school and the International School. It is a very safe, mixed neighbourhood with a high standard of living. Bustling during the day but very quiet in the evenings and at weekends!

🚌 Getting around :

Tram B : Between the Presqu'il and the Domaine Universitaire, you will pass by the train station, the town centre or the La Tronche hospital.

🚗 The residence has a private car park where you can park for free if you find space.
